Dell Alienware AW2723DF Black Lines on 1440p 240Hz

Hello. I've been using this monitor on 280Hz with the bundled DP Cable without issues for a few days now. However, today these vertical lines started to appear on the bottom of the screen when using anything above 144Hz. Tried turning off G-Sync, HDR, DSC etc. but the only solution is limiting refresh rate at 144Hz. Already tried a different cable.

I'm using NVIDIA Geforce RTX 5070Ti. Need those 240-280Hz badly so limiting to 144Hz is not an option.

Thanks in advance.

The lines being seen are horizontal, not vertical.  Since the lines appear in the taskbar, have you tried changing any of the taskbar settings with the monitor set at your desired Hz?

Right, those are horizontal, haven't realised that I've messed that up, sorry. (If any moderator wants to edit the first post and change it to "horizontal", that'd be great since I can't edit it anymore because it's locked :P)

This issue also occurs while any game is set to fullscreen so changing taskbar settings probably won't work, I'm not sure which settings are you referring to aswell. Exact same thing happens on other PC (with NVIDIA card too).

Might be time to change GPU cards and see if that helps.  Even if you have an older or generic GPU laying around, you could see if the lines disappear.  Then you know for sure it's the Nvidia card.

Start Menu > Settings > type "taskbar" in the search bar and settings menus come up if you want to try it.
