Can't access Alienware command center to find/adjust my CPU info

When I access Aienware Command Center on my 3 year old Aurora R-12, I am locked out of the monitoring data on my cpu because I'm supposedly running incompatible operating system/software. I'm running the standard windows 11 Home system which should be fine. How do I find out what other software is blocking me.

I had the NZXT CAM monitoring program running ; but I deleted that; and I still get the same message.
