AWCC, enhancement request?

I would like to submit 2 RFEs for AWCC - what is the best way to have these submitted to Dell/Alienware?

Context: I have 4 Dell/Alienware devices that have AlienFX controllable RGB lighting - Aurora R16 desktop, AW510K keyboard, AW610M mouse and an AW3423DWF monitor. I can use AWCC to control the lighting, but there are 2 limitations for which I have requests for AWCC enhancement.
 

1) AWCC can put all 4 devices into the same profile using the same lighting effect, but if the lighting effect is one where the color changes, the color changes are not synchronized. Would it be possible to have the colors synchronized across all AlienFX compatible RGB lit devices?

2) Can we get a single hotkey that would toggle the lights across all compatible devices either on or off? Right now the only way to do this is to load AWCC, go into the AlienFX panel, then switch between "Go Light", "Go Dim", or "Go Dark". Having an allocated hotkey to switch between these lighting modes without having to load the AWCC interface would be so much nicer!
