AW568 macro keys not working

Everything is fine except that I can't assign any macros to the 6 special keys on the left (the x key at the top and the hotkeys 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5).

These keys don't respond in ACC: They don't record anything when I press them... It seems that Windows doesn't see that.

Before you ask, I've already made sure the drivers are up to date, the firmware is the latest and other basic guidelines.
