AW420K not working with PS5
Keyboard AW420K does not work with my Sony Playstation 5. The keyboard lights up but Playstation does not recognizes it or accept input. I was told by a Dell rep this keyboard is compatible with PS5. I do not have a personal laptop/desktop available to update the firmware. Please advise.

The online AW420K Drivers & Downloads page "Operating system" shows =
Windows 10, 64-bit
Windows 11
There is no mention of the PS5 operating system FreeBSD 11?
The AW420K User’s Guide only mentions Windows 10/11.
