AW3821DW Joystick Button Malfunctioning??

Hello,

I've had this AW3821DW Monitor for about 2 years now. Any warranty that may have come with has likely already expired. With that being said, I love this monitor and it has never given any issues up until lately where I have a very hard switching settings and inputs on my monitor. This is because it looks like the joystick is ever so slightly off-center (leaning right) and it inputting something before I have a chance to change it. (I.e. if I want to change an input it will immediately choose the first input highlighted before I can move up or down between the options) It's quite frustrating to try and work around this, is there anyway that this can be fixed or the button replaced?? Thank you!

Generally, the warranty period for monitors is 3 years. You may want to check the official website. If you are sure that the warranty has expired, you may need to replace the micro switch.

Literally have the same issue. At first it was just a little unresponsive. Now, its unusable. A shame this doesn't have an autosense so you don't need to click the joystick when you turn a source off.
