AW3423DWF, stripes, possible to repair?

Dell has never repaired monitors nor sold monitor parts. We only replace the whole monitor while still inside the original purchased warranty period.

Did you purchase this directly from Dell as new? What is the non-private 20 digit serial number?

When I write service tag it says monitor is not under warranty. No technical help avaiable.

That AW3423DWF was sold on July 11, 2023 as "liquidated asset, no warranty". Where did you buy it?

Stripes are common as seen in Google.

Even if you can find a shop willing to undertake the repair, parts are hard to come by and if it turns out the panel is what's bad, the monitor is beyond economic repair -- the panel itself is a large percentage of the cost of the monitor and they're generally not going to be available for purchase.

Given the term liquidated asset above, guess would be they suffered some sort of damage in shipping and were written off.
