AW3423DWF, loud pop no display
Before purchasing the Alienware AW3423DWF monitor, I had some disagreement with my husband because he thought the monitor wasn’t worth the investment. However, I insisted on buying it, trusting the brand and quality. I had to save money to buy this monitor and I am still paying for it. Today, I feel embarrassed and very disappointed with what has happened.
The monitor is in perfect physical condition and has always been well cared for. On August 9, it made a loud pop and stopped displaying any image, although the power lights remain on. This issue occurred less than a month after purchase.
I have already requested a return through Amazon, but they informed me they will review the case and may not offer a full refund. I was expecting a replacement, but Amazon has not offered that option. Now, the price is higher than when I bought it, which adds to my frustration.
I hope Dell takes this matter seriously and provides a satisfactory resolution, as I had high expectations for this product.

Was the seller Amazon.com itself, or a storefront on Amazon? Amazon will usually refund a purchase for 30 days.
If it's a third party seller on Amazon, the policy depends on the seller.
Before you can turn to Dell, you need to register the device with them:
