AW3423DWF, looks awful compared to my AW3225QF
Hi All,
I bought a AW3225QF in July last year. I also own LG G2, CX and a C9 OLED TVs.
The AW3225QF blew me away with how accurate the color was in both SDR and HDR. It looks better than my G2 65" for games.
I purchased the AW3423DWF in February and it has been the worst purchase decision I have made in years. The colors are washed out, the brightness is non-existant, there is a light green tint (I removed the color profile).
This is in both HDR and SDR modes. I use SDR for desktop and SDR games. I manually turn on HDR for HDR games. I am using the latest version of Windows 11. All my other TVs and the AW3225QF are professionally calbrated.
I don't know what to do? The AW3423DWF looks washed out even in SDR on the desktop. It's the monitor itself as all my others are fine. I'm using Creator at 2.2 Gamma with default brightness and Contrast. I also used the peak 1000 for HDR as the color looks more like the othe screens. If I use HDR 400 mode, red/orange does not look right.
Has anyone had this issue or got any ideas?
