@Alienware Area-51 ALX 2006 No, because you have a single joystick on Alienware monitors, not a bunch of separate buttons.
The DWF uses a different combination to get into the service menu.

If anyone is still having troubles finding hours used, I swear by this EnTech Monitor Asset Manager 2.9.
I purchased a AW3423DWF open box was able to see it was on for 134 hours =

Not by users. Hours used is only shown in the Dell internal only FSM (Factory Service Menu).
