AW3423DWF, DDPM, Easy Arrange

I am using the program Dell Display and Peripheral Manager with the monitor Alienware AW3423DWF. This program seems to have replaced another version of this type of management software recently. Ever since then I have had trouble with the margins of the Easy Arrange tilings. For many programs, including Firefox, Chrome, and Discord Desktop Application the tiling solutions don't seem to correctly identify the margins of the screen.

This results in having gaps and overlaps around windows that would tile just fine under the previous software program. In addition, some windows actually end up being very slightly oversized such that the edges of the windows are trimmed/off screen or that don't interact properly with the task bar and seem partially hidden beneath it.
