AW3420DW, reset without Menu OSD?
I got this monitor but it won’t recognize any inputs I put in. I replaced all the cables and tried different computers but still nothing. Everything points to using the OSD to reset the monitor but the OSD stick only goes to the “select input” menu. Am I soft locked to the point where this computer is scrapped? Thank you, I appreciate any responses

From whom did you purchase this AW3420DW?
Did they sell it as "working"?
Have you tried the AW3420DW on a different PC?
What PC are you currently testing?
What video out ports?
