AW3225QF, no power on

Hello , I am now on my second Alienware monitor and I’m having trouble with powering the monitor on. The power button won’t light up nor the display and I have to unplug the power cable every time I use it. It also has a coil whine sound from the back panel until I completely unplug and reset it. Any solutions or permanent fixes or am I just unlucky and need another monitor replacement? Thanks.
