AW3225QF, multiple defects, Dell Brazil denies warranty after admitting manufacturing defect
Hello community,
I'm facing a serious issue with my Alienware AW3225QF monitor and need help from the community.
IDENTIFIED DEFECTS:
- Micro scratches on OLED panel (visible in bright environments)
 - Temporary bubbles that disappear and return in same location
 - Firmware won't accept updates (Dell classifies as "URGENT")
 - Joystick freezing (prevents pixel cleaning to avoid burn-in)

THE SITUATION: Dell Brazil technician ADMITTED it's a manufacturing defect:
- "It's from the product's own manufacturing during delivery"
 - "Film that can rub against the screen to protect the monitor"
 - "It's manufacturing from Dell's part"

BUT then DENIED coverage claiming "misuse" without technical assessment! I found identical cases in Brazil where Dell replaced monitors for other customers with the same exact problems.
EVIDENCE:
- Valid ProSupport warranty until 2027
 - Recorded conversations with Dell admissions
 - Links to similar resolved cases

Can someone from Dell International help me? Dell Brazil is acting in bad faith, admitting manufacturing defect then denying without technical justification. This monitor costs $1,500 USD equivalent in Brazil today. It's unfair to pay premium for defective product and still be mistreated.
I need a fair solution!
