AW3225QF, edit Crosshair?

Hello, I have an Alienware AW3225QF monitor. It comes with a huge green crosshair by default and I can't edit it through the Alienware Command Center. Several types of crosshairs appear there, including colors, etc., but whatever I select and save, nothing happens. It's as if the monitor doesn't recognize the edit. It continues with the factory default that's in the physical menu on the button. The only setting I can edit on it through the program that works are the colors of the monitor's lights. Any other option isn't saved. Does anyone know what to do? I use the latest firmware for both the monitor and the program.
