AW3225QF, black screen flashing when playing Dolby Vision content
The AW3225QF monitor experiences severe black screen flashing when playing Dolby Vision content. Requesting assistance.
When playing dual-layer Dolby Vision movies on the AW3225QF, the screen flashes black for one second at specific points in the movie and then recovers. This happens dozens of times during a single movie and occurs with every movie. My initial assumption is that it happens when the scene transitions from dark to bright, or due to other triggering conditions. When I enable "Tone Map SDR to HDR" in the settings, the black screen flashing stops, but a small strip of white or green pixels flickers briefly in the lower-left corner. This issue might be related to the HDR dynamic range or the monitor's automatic HDR detection and recognition. My setup involves connecting the Ugoos AM6B Plus to the monitor, which then transmits audio back to the Samsung 990 amplifier via the eARC interface. Does anyone have any insights into this issue? I would appreciate any help in analyzing the problem, and I kindly request Dell's staff to release a firmware update to resolve it. Thank you very much!

The AW3225QF experiences a black screen flash lasting one second each time it plays a specific segment of dual-layer Dolby Vision movies. This occurs dozens of times during a single film, and it happens with every movie. Preliminary judgment suggests that this issue arises when the scene transitions from dark to bright or due to other triggering conditions. When I enable "tone map SDR to HDR" in the settings, the segments that previously flashed black now only show a brief flicker of white or green pixel bars in the lower left corner. This seems to be related to HDR dynamic range or the monitor's automatic HDR detection.
I have tested this with both: 1. the Ugoos AM6B Plush connected to the monitor and then returning audio through the eArc interface to the Samsung 990C sound amplifier, and 2. the Ugoos AM6B Plush splitter connected simultaneously to the monitor and sound amplifier. In both cases, the issue persists. I also purchased new cables to rule out handshake and contact issues. Currently, this problem only occurs during the playback of dual-layer Dolby movies; standard Blu-rays and single-layer Dolby films do not exhibit this issue. It is highly likely that this is related to the monitor's HDR functionality. I kindly request assistance from everyone and ask Dell’s staff to upgrade the firmware to resolve this issue. Thank you very much!

Was there any solution found for this?
I have experienced the Dolby Vision black screen for a second or two during gameplay on Battlefield 6, which isn't ideal when your in the middle of a gun-fight, its like somebody's flash banged you.
