AW3225DM, Response Time broken every time after wakeup from standby
hey,
so i got your new AW3225DM Monitor and i've been loving it for the past few days until i noticed a huge bug that is basically making the Monitor unusable :(
Every single time the monitor wakes up from standby or every single time i start my PC (every morning) the Response Time Setting breaks itself completely.
This leads to catastrophically bad response times with insane overshoot (I haven't seen overshoot like that since my very first TFT 20 or more years ago...).
The setting is still set to "super fast" but it doesn't work at all. every single time the monitor wakes up from standby or i start my PC i thus have to go into the settings and switch it to something else before it starts working.
this is unbelievably annoying. i really don't want to refund this monitor because otherwise i'm loving it but this issue is obviously a nogo as i'm not going to set the response time 10 times per day only for it to work so i'm writing here in hope you can fix this issue with a firmware update and also get back to me and give me an honest answer how long it will take to fix this issue, if ever.

additionally i noticed ever single time the vrr enables and disables, this happens aswell. so every single time the monitor goes black for whatever reason the response time setting completely breaks and you have to set it manually again through the OSD. i can't even believe such an otherwise great monitor has such a huge bug. please fix this asap !!

so ?? anyone from dell here to give any support or did i just waste my time with writing this topic and buying a broken dell product ??
its unbelievably annoying to be forced to reconfigure the monitor every single time it looses the connection to the pc one way or another.. Be it by going into sleep or by restarting the pc or starting it from scratch every morning.
i can't believe how such an otherwise great monitor (otherwise the monitor is flawless) was released with such an annoying bug that impacts user experience so much...
