AW2725QF, questions regarding connection of peripherals?
Hello,
I have a few questions pertaining to the AW2725QF Alienware monitor.
1) Can I connect mouse and keyboard to the monitor and save myself the hassle of having wires running to the computer itself?
2) Can I charge a Razer DeathAdder V3 Hyperspeed mouse using the USB-A 3.2 Gen1 downstream port with BC1.2 power charging?
3) Is it possible to connect a Shure MV6 microphone to the monitor using the USB-C 3.2 Gen1 downstream port (5 Gbps) (the Shure has USB-C connectivity)?
3a) If yes to 3), is it possible to then connect a headset to the Shure MV6 microphone (it has a built-in 3.5 mm headphone jack) and get sound via the monitor that is connected to a computer via the USB-B 3.2 Gen1 upstream port (5 Gbps)?
4) If yes to the above, are there any things I should take into consideration by connecting the peripherals to a computer via the monitor? Will 5 Gpbs be sufficient for a mouse, keyboard and microphone? Are there any limitations or disadvantages to connecting the peripherals in this manner that I should be aware of?
Thanks a bunch.
Best regards,
Mark
