AW2725QF, dual resolution doesnt work with G-Sync

Hey, i just got a brand new AW2725QF monitor and i figured there is a problem with the dual resolution mode. if G-Sync is on and i try to change resolution it seems like they are something is clashing and it gets stuck on black screen and the pc beeps constantly like something new was connected to it. If i turn off G-Sync it changes resolution without any problems. Im using the DP cable, RTX4090, windows 11 pro and all drivers are updated.

Anyone had any similar problems or know how to fix it? 
i want to be able to use the dual mode with G-sync to enjoy the full experience.
