AW2725DF, out of warranty repair?
Hello,
Wondering if anyone could offer any advice on this.
My AW2725DF turned off mid use and is out of warranty. As far as I can tell the panel itself is okay and doesnt appear damaged. I have tried numerous leads and when its plugged in you can hear a faint ticking noise from the back.
I cant get any local repair shops to look at it and unfortunately I bought a unboxed monitor that ended up being from the US when im UK based so the Dell Support numbers when I put in the Service Tag direct me to international repairs who dont seem interested in having a look.
I understand that I would have to pay for a repair but it seems like dell arent willing to even take a look which is crazy on a monitor thats less than two years old when the panel itself is likely fine.

Even if a monitor is INSIDE the purchased warranty period, Dell does not repair monitors.
* Open the FAQ Monitor
* Read = Dell does not have monitor repair service
