Before our Alienware Desktop users can assist, you need to provide more data =

* What specific Alienware Desktop model?
* What specific Dell monitor model?

I dont use specific dell pc products but I can tell you my rig:

mb: x570 aorus

cpu: r7 5800x

ram: 4x8 3600mt

gpu: rtx3080 10g

psu: 750w 80+

my previous monitor was aw2521hfa and for his 3 years of everyday usage i have never experienced coil whine or that annoying mosquito noises from it, the new aw2725df is buzzing on standby, it is connected via DP at 360hz no any other issues, what other inf you will need

Dell Support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private AW2725DF Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting with them.

* Are you using the DP 1.4 to DP 1.4 cable that shipped with the AW2725DF?
* Test the other two DP out ports on the RTX 3080

Per the online AW2725DF User's Guide, the recording device should be a minimum of 1 M/3.2 FT from the face of the monitor.
