AW2724HF, AlienFX, crosshair issue

Can’t get crosshair to work from AlienFX to the actual screen. All I get is a GIGANTIC cross that is default every time. And to get a cross hair I see on here, they say to use AlienFX but it’s simply isn’t working. I’m making a preset on the Command Center and it just isn’t doing anything at all.
