AW2720HFA, 239.76Hz highest rate, goes black
Around 3 months ago I bought this monitor and it worked fine. But when I tried to enable 143.98Hz the screen kept on going black randomly for a few seconds. Luckily, this has stopped. But when I try to enable 239.76Hz (the highest refresh rate the monitor can do) the monitor just goes completely black, but it is still turned on. When I turn it back to 143.98Hz on my second monitor, the AW2720HFA goes back to normal. This is really annoying, so does anyone know how to fix this?

Try with a DP connection and see if you still get the issue.

To receive assistance from Dell support agents, click the "Get help now" icon on the right. Share the private AW2720HFA Service Tag with them.
Our users need more data before they can correctly assist in troubleshooting.
* What specific PC model?
* What operating system?
* What specific video card?
* List all of the video card ports
* Did you test all of the available video card ports on the AW2720HFA video in ports = HDMI 1/HDMI 2/DP?
* Disconnect the second monitor from the video card and test only the AW2720HFA

According to the manual it comes with a DP cable: DP cable
I would check the box, it should be in there. If it's missing that document shows how to contact Dell about missing components.
