AW2720HF, not detecting inputs
 Hi.
I have an Alienware AW2720HF monitor. None of the display inputs work, not HDMI or DP. If connected via usb upstream, my pc does connect the monitor and is visible in Device Manager. OSD menu is limited to inputs. Did manage to run diagnostic self test and everything seems fine, just no signal from my device.

First, go HERE. Insert the private Service Tag number to check the purchased warranty status.
Second, what PC model? What operating system? What video card? Have you done (3) HERE ?

@DELL-ChrisM2 Thank you for the reply. I have tried (3), but always have 2 monitors on my pc, will try with 1 only.
PC specs are as follows:
I5 11500 11th gen with Asus prime motherboard
32gig ram
Windows 11 24h2
Geforce RTX 3060 12gb.
Everything works fine with my other monitor Benq 27 inch 144hz.
Purchase warranty expired in 2021

@DELL-ChrisM2 Ok, so I have (3) on 2 different 100% working pc's, DP and HDMI and did not work. Is there any firmware that can fix this?

The online AW2720HF Drivers & Downloads page does not list any firmware updates.

@DELL-ChrisM2 Yes, I did see that. Do you maybe have any solution?

I do not. Doing this is the last resort. If that fails, time to replace the monitor.
(3) No cables, power button reset
* Turn the PC off
* Turn the monitor off
* Disconnect every cable (including the power cable) from the monitor
* Press the monitor power button in for 8 seconds (clears any residual power in the circuits)
* Reconnect the power cable to the monitor
* Reconnect only ONE video cable from the monitor to the PC
* Turn the monitor on, then the PC
