AW2523HF, very slow after M3T104 firmware upgrade

I need the firmware file M3T103 or older to downgrade, since by dell support they said that it is not possible to downgrade this monitor and that they do not have the file with them... as it is not news to anyone, the FW M3T104 drastically reduced the performance of the monitor that worked perfectly in version 103 and the last version M3T105 that should have come to fix it was the same. If someone can send the file it will be of great help.

Preciso do arquivo de firmware M3T103 ou mais antigo para fazer o downgrade, ja que pelo suporte da dell eles disseram que nao é possivel fazer o downgrade desse monitor e que nao tem o arquivo com eles... como nao é novidade pra ninguem o FW M3T104 reduziu drasticamente o desempenho do monitor que funcionava perfeitamente na versao 103 e a ultima versao M3T105 que deveria ter vindo pra corrigir ficou a mesma coisa. Se alguem puder enviar o arquivo vai ser de grande ajuda.
