AW2518HF, horizontal lines, #3
Alienware 25 Gaming Monitor AW2518HF
I've been having trouble with my out of warranty Alienware AW2518HF monitor for the last 3 days. This issue is only visible for the 240Hz refresh rate for some reason, nothing visible on any other setting. I've been searching on forums about this issue and I see that there are a lot of people that have this exact same issue with this exact same monitor and still there is no fix or answer to where the issue is actually coming from? If anyone has a solution to my problem, your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

* To what AMD video card, ports, and cable is this AMD FreeSync AW2518HF connected?
* Toggle AMD FreeSync off, then back on. Do the lines reappear?
* Turn the AW2518HF off
* Disconnect every cable (including power cable) from the AW2518HF
* Press the AW2518HF power button for 8 seconds
* Reconnect only the power cable to the AW2518HF
* Run the Built-in Diagnostics (page 53). Do you see the lines?
