Aurora R8, what is compatible?
I want to get for example (Cooler Cpu Id-cooling Se-224-xts Argb Intel Amd 220w Tdp, RX 6600, Intel Core i7 11700K). But I have no clue if they will all be compatible with it? I also plan to get 2 SSD to fill the last remaining slots.

11700K is an 11th generation CPU and would not be compatible with the R8 motherboard as that supports the 8th and 9th generation CPU.
The RX6600 fitting or not would be dependent on the dimensions and more importantly the current power supply in the R8.

Socket support for that cooler : Intel: LGA1150, LGA1151, LGA1155, LGA1156, LGA1200, LGA1700
AMD: AM4, AM5
It would support the socket, but you likely will run into an issue installing it due to the limited space inside the case as the PSU folds over the CPU area.

@gadondorf You do need a cooler though, just thermal paste would not be enough. It would not be a bad idea to look around for systems that are on sale, as the R8 is a bit dated by now and for a few handful of dollars you might be able to score a complete new system that is also an upgrade.
