Aurora R8, upload speed has dropped

I have a Aurora  r8 and lately my upload speeds have dropped from 30mbs to under 1. I have reset my router and changed the port it was plugged into and that made no difference. I swapped network cables and that did not do anything. I have another computer on the network and it is getting 30mbs. My wireless devices and wireless on this computer get 20 to 30 mbs uploads. Ran the diagnostics on the card and it said it was fine. Don't know what else to try?
