Aurora R8, Power Unit fan not working

Which PSU i should buy for R8? What are the specifications?

Desktop is running for few minutes and shutting down. It goes to reboot mode after that. I opened the desktop case and noticed PSU fan not working.

Diagnosis gave me error code 2000-0415. i dont think there is any cabling issue.

also, i see there are some chips in the desktop case, what is that for?
