Aurora R7 nvme ssd upgrade to 2TB

I have an Alienware Arora R7 with a toshiba kxg50znv256g nvme hard drive (C).

I want to upgrade to a 2TB drive. What is the best option and how would I duplicate current drive?

The Aurora R7 has multiple types of storage options  https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-us/alienware-aurora-r7-desktop/alienware-aurora-r7-setupandspecs/storage?guid=guid-82e792d2-68b5-499b-b237-da10638473e1&lang=en-us

You can upgrade by adding SATA SSD, NVMe SSD in U.2 adapter, and HDD.  If you just want to replace the current boot drive with a larger capacity NVMe SSD, with only one M.2 slot on motherboard, you may need an NVMe adapter to hold the second NVMe for cloning.

For cloning software, try Macrium Reflect free edition.

Samsung PM9A1

Dell D2GDK 2TB PM9A1 Series M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe Internal Solid State Drive  Part Number: D2GDK

Clone the Toshiba on new ssd: save system image of Toshiba on external USB hdd.  Restore image on new ssd.  No adapter needed.
