Aurora R7, Compatible AIO Coolers
I have an Alienware Aurora R7 that is already using a liquid cooler for my i7-8700K. My Dell OEM AIO cooler is getting up there in years and I was looking to replace it.
I've seen older community posts where the Corsair H60 AIO was a compatible replacement for the Aurora R7, but the H60 has been discontinued by Corsair.
I was wondering what third party AIO's were compatible with the R7?
Does anyone know if the Cooler Master 120L is compatible?

the reason why H60 was c/w is that you would not need to remove the Dell back plate to install H60, as H60 liquid pump can be mounted on Dell M3 threaded studs directly. same for XPS 8940. But to use the Cooler master AIO you would need to uninstall the R7 mobo and remove the Dell backplate, which is fastened to the ILM. But if the Dell backplate is removed, the ILM become loose too, and you would need to find a generic backplate to fasten the ILM back to the mobo and leave 4 clear heatsink mounting holes. it is a bit a more contrived project then. If you want a new AIO you can look for a Corsair H60 successor from Corsair that use same mounting mechanism, or since R7 is getting old, just find a used decent H60 for the remainder of life of R7.

another option
the MasterLiquid ML120L
The ML120L is supplied with some chunky double-ended M3 standoffs & thumb nuts, and these are absolutely idea and make for a very neat install.

Please see this links.
I am in the process of obtaining one of these with some more research. The original OEM pumps.

The CoolerMaster AIO you linked will work in your R7.
