Aurora R5, worst computer I have ever owned

<Moved out of Laptops board and into Desktops. DELL-Admin>

Alienware Aurora R5. After 2HDD's, 5SSD's, a GPU, it still freezes. Within 1 minute of powering up and booting, it freezes and my screen goes black. Here I am with over $1000 into this PC and  I still can't use it. PC says there is nothing wrong in the bios or any of the devices. Windows 10 or 11 shows nothing wrong. Everything updated. And support has thrown their hands in the air also. Can't get a refund. Can't get any help. Now I'm out the last $1000 that I had to my name to keep my job by purchasing this PC. And all I have is this boat anchor to show for it. Thanks Dell, Thanks alienware. I will for sure never purchase any product with those names on them. And will recommend that no one else does either. Junk. Worthless. Including suport.

Unless this is a lot newer than the R5, if you paid $1K for a system that's a year away from its 10th birthday, you overpaid by a factor of at least four if not 5.

ejn63 is correct. The Aurora R5 released 9 years ago. So well outside of Dell warranty which is why Dell Technical Support cannot assist. Our users out here can assist you in troubleshooting.
