Aurora R16, wake on lan

Hi.

I have an issue with wake on lan in my Alienware R16. In the past it was working with out any issues… I did setup the modem and I was able to turn on my Pc remotely with my phone thru WAN, from a different city, but suddenly it stopped working… I’d would think it was an update but I’m not sure… also I noticed that the LED lights in the LAN port are off when turning off the PC. Before they were on all the time… is this perhaps a energy saving setting?

I called Dell support and the agent besides of being rude all the time, at the end just told me “don’t turn off the pc”. Does anyone have an idea what could be the issue? Thanks
