Aurora R16, slow upload speed 0.97mb

Hi

We have an Alienware Aurora R16 i9 PC. With a 500/500 Trooli fibre connection. The download speed is spot on. Only on this PC, the upload speed is stubbornly slow, seriously slow. On a speed test the upload speed is around 0.97mb. I have tried changing cables, troubleshooting as best I can, even reset the PC today but still it won't shift. Any ideas?
