Aurora R16, shuts down randomly when not in use and does not recover
Alienware Aurora R16
I'm not sure if it's failing to recover from sleep mode, but if I leave my PC alone for too long, I return to either a restart bluescreen ("Windows failed to load") which fixes itself after a restart or an unresponsive power button.
In the latter case, more than half the time I also get the "windows failed to load" error once I get it to start again. Holding the power button for several seconds and then pressing it again usually causes it to boot up.
This is really disappointing for a brand new system.

Make sure to update to the latest BIOS version, and post any issues with the BIOS in this thread.

Anyone ever figure this one out elsewhere? I've updated to the latest BIOS as of March 15 2025 but it still happens. I step away from my PC for a bit, come back, move the mouse and then my mouse and keyboard light up for a second before immediately turning off. I have to hit the power button on my PC again, in which it gives the "It looks like Windows didn't load correctly" Recovery screen. Hitting Restart My PC from there works fine.
