Aurora R16, SA will not download software updates

Dell SA (Support Assist) will not download software updates on my Aurora R16. I have had tech support remove and reinstall the software and I have done it multiple times following the tech support method also. Other parts of Support Assist are working, but the driver downloads encounters a problem every time. This has been frustrating witht the constant vulnerabilities out there.
