Aurora R16, retail ram upgrade and lights install

Hi, I have an Aurora R16 with i914900KF,16GB RAM(the green one) and a 4080super card inside.

I wanna upgrade my RAM to 64GB.

I have found this RAM:

https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B09T8TH7PG/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A3JWKAKR8XB7XF&th=1

https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0BJ7X9P1W/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_1?smid=A3JWKAKR8XB7XF&th=1

https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0DSQVNBD5/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_3?smid=A3JWKAKR8XB7XF&th=1

Which one is compatible plug and play and has the highest performance with the system?

I also want to install this lights in the Aurora case:

https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07PBDKDQP/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?smid=AVD80UQ4NJ2UO&th=1

These have an older MOLEX pin.Which Adapter do I need and where can I connect it to the R16 motherboard?

I'm not a computerexpert so any help is a gift.:)

I think the actual ram running speed depends on bios setting so another user’s benchmark may not be the same as yours using same spec.

@redxps630 yes I ask because I need a plug and play option for the RAM that needs no adjustements in the BIOS to run on a fast speed.
