Aurora R16, rear fan question
I have a Aurora R16 and I had a question for other owners. The rear fan seems to stay running while the PC is in Sleep mode which I find odd. Sometimes the lighting on the side of the GeForce RTX graphic card is also lit up, but not always.
I reached out to Support Chat and they said it’s normal, but I’m not sure about that. Any other PC I had, the fan would at some point shut down and not continually run. Including an Aurora R11.

I have this exact problem as well. Let me know if you find a solution! The last time I had this issue, a windows update fixed it. But then it started happening again a few weeks later.

I am also experiencing this. I turn my computer off regularly but I do not want to have to power it off every day

@DeannaBrockert Hoping someone from Dell will advise on it as I tried Support but they don’t understand the issue.

Hello. Any fix on this? I had this problem. It resolved itself but now it’s back. It’s frustrating.
