Aurora R16, random freezes
Alienware Aurora R16
I have had my computer for a week and am constantly getting random freezes that last a second and resume. This happens while on the internet, watching streams. gaming, pretty much anything. I have run diagnostics and everything is just fine. I have done all updates and drivers, but nothing resolves it. Has anyone else had this issue?
Thanks for any insight you may have.

@HatTrickCo Check your CPU usage and see what is causing high CPU usage, if anything.
CPU usage
Since it does not seem to be a hardware error as all tests have passed, it's likely high CPU spikes, or a driver issue of some sorts.

@Vanadiel Thank you for the response, my utilization is going between 3% and 10% doing things like this. These freezes are random, so it is hard for me to pinpoint this.

ONLY while online? Anything showing on network usage?

@irsh_ Not just online, even not online stuff. It will freeze for a couple seconds and the sound will sound like a robot, then it fixes itself.

You may try CPUID's HWMonitor. It will log about everything you can think of and may give you the info you need.
otherwise, perhaps a fresh Win 11 install would clear something that has been corrupted at some point.

I’m having the same issue, trying a fresh install of windows first, but likely sending it back before the 30 days are up

I have this issue too, mainly when I have Twitch streams up, and another browser just scrolling through the web. Another issue I have is with my non-Dell mouse, power is cut to it and I need to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work again. I have already had my processor replaced and am on the BIOS that "fixes" the Intel issue, but it's still happening. Very frustrating when you spend $2k+ on a PC.

Thank you all for the responses. I did send it back for the refund, I was surprised how simple it was to return. I went ahead and built my own computer and things work like they should.
Thanks again everyone!

@HatTrickCo You got lucky all the issues surfaced in the first 30 days, I have had mine about 10 months and it has been a pain in the ass. I wish I would have built one to begin with.
