Aurora R16, problem with Killer drivers and ethernet speed, help please!
I was hacked some months ago and made my Aurora R16. Complete new fresh windows install. But I cannot get a normal upload speed. The killer drivers ruins it. As I got the Aurora brand new from Alienware I had the same problem but I removed the Killer Inteligence Center from the SSD and everything worked fine. But now it helps nothing. What can I do and how?

* Click the Windows icon
* Type killer
* Click Killer Control Center or Killer Network Manager
* Click Settings
- Turn Killer Prioritization Engine to Off
* Under System Settings
- Turn Advanced Stream Detect to Off
* Click Set Bandwidth Limits
- Set the Download speed according to your paid for connection. Example, I pay SuddenLink for 500MB down. So I set it to 500MB
* Click Apply Changes
* Close the Killer screen and retest

Thanks Chris for the fast answer but now I have a new and bigger problem with the PC.
I was loading some games from steam and was 3 hours out of the house.Now I came back and the PC was loud like an airplane a white screen that says "SupportAssists Onboard Diagnostics ...Top Fan 1 detect failure.
Continue BIOS Setup or Diagnostics...I've choosen Continue and shutted the PC down.Now after a new start its still silent but I've seen online that this can be a critical problem with the watercoolingpump?Is my PC now broken from overheating?What can I do now?

@DELL-ChrisM2
Hello Chris,
I deactivated the Priorization engine but I have found no point in the Int. Center for Adv.Stream Detected.

Does the SA pre-boot diagnostic quick test pass?

@kroenen77 Perhaps they updated the Control Center settings. Look for anything like Auto Bandwidth to disable.

@DELL-ChrisM2
Deactivating the Priorization engine alone worked for me.The Bandwith was also deactivated.
Thanks so much.:-)
And the diagnostic quick test also controls the watercooling fan?
I made a BIOS Update also today.Mine was 4 versions older as the newest one.Was this a good idea?

I think that the diagnostic quick test checks all fans.

* Debatable. Other users should chime in with their opinions.

The Killer stuff is impossible to get rid of. I found a way to uninstall it but any type of update seems to bring it back almost daily and then my upload speed crashes again.
