Aurora R16, no realtek audio console or control app?
<Moved this Post out Laptops and into Desktops. DELL-Admin>
Does anyone know how to get this app for realtek? pls i have no equalizer and my sound is low

This is OEM so you have to use the OEM device drivers, and they often do not come with the Realtek applets like EQ.
You can try the official driver package from Realtek, but chances are it will not install or not install properly.
Another option is to use APO equalizer, a free application.
