Aurora R16 NIC on Intel motherboard

Who at Dell can help me get this solved???

The Aurora R16 has a motherboard which has a known defective NIC onboard (Killer e3100).

After 4 hours yesterday and nine hours today in chat and by voice with Support, this NIC was deemed defective, again. It IS on its way back to Dell Repair Center.
There is no Ethernet adapter shown in device manager, no driver for ethernet.
No Ethernet adaptor shown in Control Panel >Network and Internet > Network and Sharing. Bios was flashed, we attempted to load drivers, and when more that one Ethernet cable was plugged in, there were NO lights by the RJ45 connector on the back of the R16.
I know when this PC is received for repair that the Motherboard will be replaced with the same model board which will have the same E3100 NIC onboard.
