Aurora R16, new, freezing in game or use premiere pro
My brand new alienware pc has now started freezing when i game or use premiere pro, i find out the cpu is shooting 90 degrees when Idle and support has me running in circles doing the same steps all over again, i think it is massively unfair to spend so much money and feel this level of frustration for a device meant to be enjoyed

Not an ideal solution, but what happens if you run in "Balanced" mode?

Make sure to update to the latest BIOS version as it is supposed to improve stability.

So is Dell really going to take £1538 and give me a useless PC? Is this the customer service one can expect after spending so much money?
support keeps looping me around and I’ve run trouble shooting so many times it’s made my head spin… is there anybody who can actually fix this computer
