Aurora R16, frequent keyboard disconnect
Its a brand new computer, 33 days out of the box. Using provided mouse and keyboard.
The keyboard, while typing, often disconnects from the computer, with a usb disconnect ding, and either misses keystrokes, or spams a keystroke during the momentary outage.
everything is brand new, system is fully updated, its not even dusty yet. Is this a defective PC? a Warranty claim?

Is the keyboard wireless? If so, try changing the batteries.
If not wireless, check for loose connection or any exposed wires. It's too new to have exposed wires, but not impossible.
If none of the above, pursue as warranty claim. Tap/click on chat button on lower-right of the screen.
