Aurora R16 CPU AIO Upgrade

Hi yall, so I just got my new R16 i9 4090 and it’s awesome, no issues so far, everything runs great other than the fact being the cpu performing about 10 percent less than average but I guess we all know that at this point. Temps are not bad but not great either, I want to upgrade to a phanteks d30 aio but I see people having issues with upgrading their aios and BIOS showing a bunch of warning messages that actually prevent them from booting windows. Based on y’all’s experience with it should I just make peace with it and save me the trouble or should I go for it.
