Aurora R16, AWCC doesn't detect games

It doesn't work. I have reinstalled AWCC, repaired AWCC, and done a full restore of Windows 11 with the Alienware software on my brand new R16 and installed Steam from the Steam download site and updated all programs and drivers and still the AWCC doesn't see any games. When trying to manually add titles the list of available programs is empty and if I point it to the .exe for the game it says that AWCC is blocking it. I have also made sure that in Steam the beta feature is disabled and the folders they tell you to empty out are empty and some of them didn't exist when I went to look for them. I have only had my R16 for less than a week and the libraries part of AWCC has never worked at all.
