Aurora R16, AW2724DM enters setup mode automatically when using keyboard

This Aurora R16 is less than a year old. Other than the AW2724DM issue it has been working perfectly.

When typing, the AW2724DM enters setup mode automatically and I need to toggle it off manually to clear the issue. A few minutes later it repeats. It seems random? I cannot isolate the keyboard sequences that trigger it.

Any clue?
