Aurora R16, audio crackes opening AWCC

Ever since I got this pc 2 yrs ago. when playing music I open AWCC (alienware command center) and sound crackes. When closing AWCC no issue. the overlay also causes this but mildly I have re-installed the os several times in the past still the issue occurs.
