AURORA R16 ANOTHER NIGHTMARE STORY
Purchased my Aurora R16 January 2024. Worked ok for about a month then would not project on 3 screens. I paid for the extended service so I was able to access the Dell tech support group. I have had four in-home visits, 3 complete exchanged computers, the video card,, motherboard and power supply changed out twice in my home and countless hours on the phone with tech support. No improvement. Lots of excuses but no progress. They are not testing the units that they send out so nothing gets fixed. I get a replacement unit and it has the exact same issue. Anyone else having problems projecting on 3 screens? Computer is I9, 4080 processor, 32GB Memory, 2TB SSD and cost over $3k. After 6 months with no progress and no fix I'm pursuing a refund. Dell says its beyond their 30 day refund period so I am contacting the California Department of Consumer Affairs and the California Attorney Generals Office. I'm also going to copy Michael Dell, Geraldine Tunnell and Karen Quintos in the hopes that someone may read about this and intervene. I'll keep you all updated.

With 3 complete exchanges plus the original PC making it a total of 4 different computers. If they all have had experienced with the exact same issue, there is a possibility of the problem was on user side.

@Chino de Oro Thank you for the feedback. If I hadn't had 4 seperate in-home visits from Dell Tech support I might think that could be the issue. Initially the unit projected on 3 screens for about 2 months. Then it failed and the tech support process with Dell began.

Thank you for the reply. The BIOS was updated as part of the process. I finally had to give up on Dell and take the computer to a local shop to see if they can diagnose the problem. They are aware of the Intel processor issue. I'll keep you updated.

Just pointing out the possibility that the issue could be coming from user setup. Failed to work within advertised specifications and failed to work for your expectation are two different things.
With this question: Anyone else having problems projecting on 3 screens? The answer could be Yes or No, depending on the video card output specs, the monitors resolution & refresh rates, connection type, cables used, and some other factors such as driver and settings.
However, just keep us posted with your refund claim result.
