Aurora R16, all USB-C ports don't work (1 front, 2 back)
Alienware Aurora R16
Today I noticed that all the USB-C ports on my Aurora R16 don't work. I've had the computer for about 4 months, but I actually never had any devices need USB-C, so I have no way of knowing if this was true out of the box, or if something happened recently. All the USB-A ports are fine, and have had my peripherals plugged in to them since day 1. I ran the diagnostics, both the entire system and specifically just for the USB controller, and no errors have been returned. What are my options now?

How did you determine they do not work?

I've tried to plug in two different devices - a set of speakers, and a receiver for a wireless controller - into all 3 ports (1 in front cutout, 2 on back panel), and the devices don't function. The devices work on my laptop when plugged into USB-C.

Was talking to a technician from dell about this.
He states "All front and back type C ports are USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port" not "Thunderbolt enabled".
I have a USB C SD card reader adapter that does not work on my Aurora R16 tower, nor my brother's R16...
Hardware limitation it seems?
